AMB-4en-PINACA
The following information was compiled in December 2025 and is subject to change as new research is conducted and as new information becomes available:
Description: AMB-4en-PINACA is a novel synthetic cannabinoid that bears structural similarity to other indazole carboxamide-based synthetic cannabinoids (e.g., MDMB-4en-PINACA, ADB-4en-PINACA, 5F-MDMB-PINACA). AMB-4en-PINACA was first identified by our laboratory in November 2025 and confirmed after acquiring standard reference material.
Sample Source: NMS Labs (Willow Grove, PA)
Sample Appearance: Paper material
Pharmacology: No information is available for the activity and potency of AMB-4en-PINACA; however, based on structural similarity to MDMB-4en-PINACA and ADB-4en-PINACA, it is assumed that AMB-4en-PINACA is a full agonist with high affinity for the CB1 receptor and at least moderate potency compared to traditional cannabinoids (e.g., THC, CBD).1
Toxicology: AMB-4en-PINACA has not been detected in toxicology cases to date at the CFSRE.
Drug Materials: AMB-4en-PINACA has been detected in one drug material to date at the CFSRE.
Demographics / Geographics: The drug material originated from New York and AMB-4en-PINACA was identified alongside other synthetic cannabinoids (e.g., AB-CHMINACA, MDMB-4en-PINACA).
Legal Status: AMB-4en-PINACA is not currently scheduled in the United States.
