My name is Webster Riddick. I am a senior at Holy Family University, majoring in Biochemistry. With a strong passion for both chemistry and biology, I chose this field of study to deepen my understanding of the sciences and to gain valuable hands-on experience in laboratory settings. My academic journey has been driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to society, particularly through a career in forensic science.

Inspired by the opportunity to make a difference, I am especially interested in forensic toxicology—a field that combines scientific investigation with real-world impact. Rather than settling into a traditional office job, I have always envisioned a career where I could help solve cases and improve lives through science.

Though I have not yet worked in a professional forensic or toxicology lab, I have built a strong academic foundation through coursework in General Chemistry I & II, Biology Principles I, Cell Biology, and Biochemistry I with Lab. These courses have equipped me with a solid understanding of chemical interactions within biological systems and have helped me develop critical lab skills such as precise measurement, data analysis, and strict adherence to safety protocols—all essential in a forensic setting.

I am committed to pursuing opportunities that allow me to apply my knowledge and passion for science in ways that truly make a difference.
