Tatiana Gomez is a dedicated Forensic Biology student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona, with a strong foundation in both laboratory science and field research. With hands-on experience in chemistry and biology labs—as a lab technician and assistant—Tatiana has developed a wide range of technical skills, from aseptic technique to instrumental analysis methods like GC/MS, FTIR, and electrophoresis.

Tatiana’s academic journey includes a meaningful study abroad experience in Osaka, Japan, where she gained a global perspective on science and cross-cultural communication. She has led and contributed to several research projects, including an environmental DNA survey for the Del Rio Springs State Park Restoration and a behavioral study on Corvids.

As an active member and officer in the Delta Delta Epsilon National Forensics Honor Society and Treasurer of the Chemistry Club, Tatiana is deeply involved in the academic community. She looks forward to further developing her forensic science expertise through hands-on experience at the Center for Forensic Science Research & Education (CFSRE), with a long-term goal of applying her knowledge to real-world forensic investigations.
