Abigail Reinert is entering her final semester at West Virginia University, where she is pursuing a degree in Forensic Chemistry with a minor in Law and Legal Studies. With a strong passion for science and justice, Abigail is particularly interested in the areas of Seized Drugs and Toxicology. She is driven by a desire to use her education to make a meaningful impact, especially in the fight against the opioid crisis. Abigail’s academic interests are deeply tied to her commitment to public service.
She hopes to combine her scientific background with legal knowledge to contribute to safer communities and support those affected by substance abuse. Beyond the classroom and lab, Abigail demonstrates her leadership and dedication to service as the President of a National Service Sorority at WVU, where she organizes initiatives that benefit both the campus and the local community.
