Jonathan Harris is an undergraduate forensic science major with a chemistry minor at the University of Central Florida. Jonathan has had a deep interest in the science behind the law ever since he was a little kid. The concept of drugs' effects on the human body fueled his interest in Forensic Toxicology. Provided his coursework in Analytical and Organic Chemistry, he has gained a strong foundation of fundamental lab techniques and procedures.

Outside of class, Jonathan was a part of UCF’s chapter of the Forensic Science Association, attending meetings and participating in club socials. He also was on UCF’s Quiz Bowl team where they traveled to other universities and competed in tournaments that challenged the academic knowledge of participants.

Jonathan enjoys writing in his free time, citing it as a way to calm himself outside of the sometimes hectic, but extremely fun, lab space.
