Live Webinar

WHEN:
Thursday, July 9th, 2026 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm ET

This event will explore the evolving landscape of drug-impaired driving through a data-driven and policy-focused lens. Drawing on recent research supported by funding from Responsibility.org and the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA), we will highlight emerging trends in impaired driving identified through comprehensive toxicology analyses.

The session brings together key partners to discuss the current state of impaired driving, including national priorities, policy needs, and opportunities for prevention and intervention. Attendees will gain insight into how toxicology data can inform public safety strategies, enhance enforcement approaches, and support evidence-based policymaking.

The webinar will bring together perspectives from GHSA, Responsibility.org, and CFSRE to provide a comprehensive view of impaired driving from both scientific and policy standpoints. Speakers will share insights on national traffic safety priorities and how toxicology data can be translated into meaningful prevention strategies. Key findings and emerging trends will be presented to inform a broader discussion on current challenges, opportunities, and future directions.
