Alyssa ReyesAlyssa Reyes graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. In her undergraduate program, Alyssa researched newer identification techniques for cannabis-related compounds using Capillary Electrophoresis. Currently, Alyssa is pursuing a Master of Science at Thomas Jefferson University, with research focused on the qualitative detection and evaluation of fentanyl urine test strips for fentanyl analogs. Alyssa works as a Graduate Assistant at the CFSRE, which involves the detection and characterization of novel psychoactive substances (NPS). Her role includes monitoring these NPS through sample-mining and data-mining.
